About the role:

Reporting to our Director of Career and Rewards, we are looking for a strategic and hands-on Head of Total Rewards to lead our global compensation and benefits strategy. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing a fair and competitive total rewards framework that supports our business objectives and enhances our employer value proposition.

YOUR MISSION (IF YOU ACCEPT IT): 🥇

  • Develop and implement a global compensation policy that balances internal equity with market competitiveness
  • Design and manage benefits programs across offices to support attraction and retention.
  • Lead the annual salary and bonus review cycles, ensuring fairness and alignment with performance and strategy
  • Drive our equity and stock option strategy to reflect the company’s growth stage and long-term goals
  • Support and facilitate the adoption and integration of Workday for compensation and benefits processes and policies.
  • Build and maintain a consistent global job architecture, including job grading and career paths
  • Analyze compensation data, benchmark against the market, and provide insights to leadership
  • Collaborate with Finance on cost analyses and salary mass simulations, promoting data-driven decisions.
  • Drive communication strategies to ensure employees understand reward programs and changes
  • Define and oversee international mobility policies and practices to support cross-border talent needs
  • Monitor market trends and legal requirements to ensure competitive, compliant, and best-in-class compensation and benefits practices
  • Manage the Total Rewards team (2 people), driving impact while mentoring team members and embracing strong leadership values
  • YOU ARE IN THE RIGHT PLACE IF: ⭐

  • You're perfectly fluent in english
  • You bring 8/10+ years of experience in Compensation & Benefits, with deep expertise in designing and implementing C&B strategies.
  • You have experience in fast-growing, international environments, and are comfortable navigating complexity and scale.
  • You combine strategic thinking with operational excellence, and are known for your attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
  • You’re highly proficient in Excel/Google Sheets, leveraging data to inform decisions and communicate insights; familiarity with Workday is a valuable asset
  • You’re an excellent communicator who can simplify complex concepts and influence a range of stakeholders, including top leadership.
  • You bring energy, curiosity, and a collaborative mindset—and are excited to play a key role in a high-impact team.
