Build, maintain and enhance the administrative experience at Back MarketCreate contracts, amendments and generate exit documentsHandle our legal declarationsManage employees’ requests relative to People Operations & Payroll in a timely manner and with an empathetic and solution-oriented approachUpdate and upgrade our internal knowledge hub to ensure transparency and comfort to our employeesYou’re At The Right Place If: ⭐
You have a first experience (internship, apprenticeship) in a similar role or polyvalent HR roleYou ideally have an expertise/curiosity in payroll managementYou are willing to work in an international environment (english is a no brainer)You are a great communicator (verbally & in writing) and an active listener: you've always delivered a strong service and support to your clients and to your teamYou are very organized and able to manage multiple subjects at the same time in autonomyYou are outgoing and enthusiastic, excited about being a core member of a rockstar team!About this apprenticeship:📜
