We're offering a great position for a People Operations Specialist in Bordeaux for an

apprenticeship. So, if you’ve got a way with human resources in a challenging environment and a

genuine desire to build a first-class People organization, we'd love to hear from you!

Your Mission (If You Accept It):🥇

  • Build, maintain and enhance the administrative experience at Back Market
  • Create contracts, amendments and generate exit documents
  • Handle our legal declarations
  • Manage employees’ requests relative to People Operations & Payroll in a timely manner and with an empathetic and solution-oriented approach
  • Update and upgrade our internal knowledge hub to ensure transparency and comfort to our employees
  • You’re At The Right Place If: ⭐

  • You have a first experience (internship, apprenticeship) in a similar role or polyvalent HR role
  • You ideally have an expertise/curiosity in payroll management
  • You are willing to work in an international environment (english is a no brainer)
  • You are a great communicator (verbally & in writing) and an active listener: you've always delivered a strong service and support to your clients and to your team
  • You are very organized and able to manage multiple subjects at the same time in autonomy
  • You are outgoing and enthusiastic, excited about being a core member of a rockstar team!

  • Duration: 12 months ideally
  • Location: Bordeaux, France
  • Requirement: You must be enrolled in a French work-study program providing an apprenticeship contract (contrat d'alternance).
