PayIn team has one mission : Create a resilient and flexible payin system for customers and sellers.
As PayIn Engineering Manager, you will lead a cross-functional team of 8 talented engineers (backend, frontend, and mobile) to build the future of customer payment experiences.
We're not just iterating; we're innovating, drawing on the latest in payment technology like internal wallets, open banking, and AI to deliver performant and cost-efficient solutions.
Positioned at the heart of the company, you will play a critical role in enabling strategic initiatives such as subscriptions and next-generation wallet infrastructure, driving both customer satisfaction and business growth.
What you'll be doing :
Leading a collaborative team (8 persons) in delivering great software that our customers and sellers will love!Collaborating with the product group and other tribes to align the team with company objectives and initiatives across engineering and the wider businessEnsuring the development of people and teams through ongoing coaching and mentoring
Creating a team environment where team members feel like they belong and are supported to do their best workEstablishing open communication and a culture of feedback between team membersWorking in an agile "build it and run it" environment where engineering teams build, launch, monitor and support the sections they ownWorking with the team to identify and make improvements in our processes, practices and productSupporting teams in increasing delivery proficiency by creating a learning environment
