Role Overview
As a Solution Engineer, you will play a crucial role in integrating our advanced search products into our clients’ environments, ensuring seamless functionality and maximum value delivery. You will collaborate closely with customers, partners, Sinequa sales, product management, and engineering teams to customize solutions that meet the unique needs of our diverse client base.
Key Responsibilities
Solution Design and Customization:
Work closely with customer teams to understand client requirements and objectives.
Design and architect customized solutions using our search products to meet client needs on premise or in the cloud.
Develop prototypes and proof-of-concepts to showcase functionality and feasibility.
Technical Expertise:
Serve as a subject matter expert on our search products and their integration capabilities.
Responsible for installation, administration and implementation of enterprise-wide search solutions across the customer environment.
Customization of the enterprise search platform to develop innovative solutions, in line with the business needs and requirements of customers.
Provide guidance and recommendations to clients on best practices for implementation.
Configure the Generative AI Sinequa Assistant to maximize business value for our customers.
Customize the out of the box UX and UI to meet project requirements.
Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely resolutions.
Client Engagement:
Present technical solutions and product demonstrations to clients and stakeholders.
Conduct workshops and training sessions to educate clients on product features and benefits.
Build strong relationships with clients through proactive communication and support.
Collaboration:
- Partner with product management and engineering teams to relay client feedback and contribute to product enhancements.
Cross-Industry Adaptability:
Navigate effectively across different industries and use cases, demonstrating adaptability and flexibility in solution design.
Manage multiple customer engagements simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
Willingness to travel to customer locations as necessary, as conditions permit.
