Job Description

At Doctolib, The Product Knowledge team acts as a bridge between our Tech and Product teams and the Field teams, driving clarity, alignment, and speed across our fast-moving products and organization. They are collecting, structuring, and anchoring Product Knowledge with all Doctolibers in the most effective manner, enabling everyone to become a Product expert! 

What you’ll do

As a Product Knowledge Lead, you’ll take ownership of the end-to-end product knowledge process—from gathering insights, to structuring clear resources, to delivering training that accelerates the performance of our teams. You’ll work side-by-side with product managers and stakeholders, driving initiatives that bring clarity, foster alignment, and keep our teams ahead of the curve.

Your two main missions:

  • Implement and elevate Product Knowledge processes and best practices to solve problems quickly, uphold the highest quality standards, and keep Doctolib agile and user-focused.
  • Enable seamless execution by acting as the communication and organizational bridge between tech, product, and business in a high-velocity environment.

Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Act as a key sparring partner to product managers, co-solving tough problems and ensuring user-first thinking in all product knowledge processes.
  • Project-manage the creation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of central product knowledge resources, driving cross-team alignment and clarity.
  • Own and report on Product Knowledge KPIs, using data insights to monitor quality, drive action, and ensure accountability.
  • Lead and energize the Product Champions community while promoting high engagement and completion for internal product training.
  • Develop and implement new rituals and best practices, leveraging AI, Zapier, Data dog and other automation tools to foster a culture of continuous improvement, optimisation and excellence across the organization.

  • You excel at balancing ongoing process monitoring and task management, while also contributing to exciting new projects
  • You possess strong advisory skills, with the ability to federate stakeholders around your vision, coupled with excellent communication skills.
  • You are proficient in Excel or Gsheet, Zappier. SQL is a plus. 
  • You are fluent in English. French or German is a plus.
