You could be our next teammate if you:
- Have 5+ years of experience in engineering with a proven track record of building scalable, high-performance web applications
- Have strong expertise in React and TypeScript with experience in modern frontend architectures and patterns
- Understand the value of design systems and have experience creating, maintaining, or contributing to component libraries that scale across multiple teams
- Adapt quickly to change, embracing uncertainty and consistently solving problems to achieve meaningful outcomes.
- Are comfortable with performance optimization and have experience with Core Web Vitals, bundle optimization, and frontend performance monitoring
- Have experience with frontend build tools and CI/CD (Vite, Webpack, Rspack, or similar) and understand how to optimize development and production builds
- Are committed to accessibility and understand the importance of building inclusive user experiences that comply with WCAG guidelines
- Have proven experience developing maintainable and secure products with a focus on code quality, testing, and documentation
- Are comfortable speaking English in your day-to-day interactions with the team
Now, it would be fantastic if you:
- Know how to implement frontend monitoring and observability
- Have experience with Module Federation or micro-frontends and the challenges of distributed frontends
- Have a great understanding of web application performance tuning, cloud infrastructures and security topics
- Have contributed to open source or maintained internal tools/libraries
