Working in the tech team at Doctolib involves building innovative products and features to improve the daily lives of care teams and patients. We work in feature teams in an agile environment, while collaborating with product, design, and business teams.

What you'll do

Join the cross-platform experience team and help build the technical foundation that will shape healthcare technology across Europe. As a Software Engineer, you'll be part of a brand new team creating the cross-platform components and frameworks that power Doctolib's unified Healthcare Operating System—used daily by millions of patients and tens of thousands of healthcare professionals. This is your opportunity to write code that directly impacts healthcare accessibility while working on cutting-edge frontend architecture.

You'll work with modern technologies including React, TypeScript, and our CI/CD pipeline with 13K+ tests, contributing to a codebase that serves millions of users across multiple countries.

Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Design, develop, and maintain React/TypeScript-based components and frameworks, ensuring they meet performance, accessibility, and scalability standards
  • Collaborate with Engineering Manager, Product, and Design teams to implement technical standards and ensure components meet business requirements
  • Write comprehensive tests and documentation for components to ensure reliability and ease of adoption by other teams
  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to the evolution of Doctolib's frontend architecture

You could be our next team mate if you:

  • Have 3+ years of frontend development experience with React and TypeScript in production environments
  • Experience building reusable components and modern frontend tooling (Webpack, Vite, package management)
  • Understanding of web performance optimization and accessibility standards
  • Are fluent in English and French

Now, it would be fantastic if you:

  • Have experience with cross-platform development, design systems, or internal platform teams serving other developers
  • Knowledge of advanced testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress) and component documentation tools
  • Experience in healthcare technology or regulated industries
