Working in the tech team at Doctolib involves building innovative products and features to improve the daily lives of care teams and patients. We work in feature teams in an agile environment, while collaborating with product, design, and business teams.
Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Build a centralised place to allow practitioner to manage their identities across our solutions (civil identity, credentials, specialties...)
- Compliance (ID card verifications, right to practice, user generated content moderation...)
- Build a service to analyse if our users are in an optimal way to use all of our tools (Agenda, Clinical, Care Cooperation...)
- Ultimately, create a "social network" of health professionals using public and private data to understand how is structured the healthcare system and improve their way to work and interact together.
- Following our vision to have a modularised solution, we are launching (and running) new applications in different languages (Ruby, Kotlin)
- We aim to have scalable applications, so we think our architectures and designs that will allow us to 10x
- As an experienced professional, you will coach and mentor our software engineers
Who you are

- Have 8+ years of experience as a Software Engineer
- Have experience with system at scale
- Have knowledge of software and system design
- Have the ability to find and adapt to the most efficient technologies to solve issues
- Are eager to leverage your experience and skills to grow the whole Tech at Doctolib
- Are eager to be hands on with React and Java or Ruby on Rails
- Speak English
Now, it would be fantastic if you:
- Have been involved in Architecture choices for high traffic web applications.
- Have an experience in a hyper-growth environment
