In support of our Account Leads, you will lead and oversee strategic advisory engagements with high-value prospects and clients to position Malt as a core partner within their workforce ecosystem. You will design complex client operating models, drive robust ROI articulation, and leverage ecosystem partnerships to help conclude profitable and scalable Master Services Agreements (MSAs). As a highly visible Malt ambassador, you will champion our vision and elevate our positioning across the market.

Key Responsibilities✨

  • Discovery & Architecture: Lead executive-level workshops with prospects to map their current procurement/HR landscape and design future-state operating models that integrate Malt seamlessly.
  • Business Case & ROI: Present and defend sophisticated financial models to quantify the strategic and economic value of our solution to C-level stakeholders.
  • RFP Leadership: Architect the strategic narrative for major RFPs, defining the implementation methodology and overarching solution narrative.
  • Pilot Design: Scope, define, and launch client pilots, setting clear KPIs that pave the way for full-scale enterprise deployment.
  • Strategic Advisory: Deliver high-end consulting engagements for top-tier clients, including running Freelancer Maturity Assessments, designing Contingent Workforce Strategies, and leading Change Management workshops.
  • Methodology & IP Creation: Codify client successes into repeatable intellectual property. Build frameworks, templates, and "packaged offers" for the wider team, while establishing internal interfaces, refining tracking systems, and mentoring team members.
  • Thought Leadership & Evangelism: Partner with Marketing to produce white papers and case studies, and actively represent Malt at industry conferences, webinars, and public speaking engagements.

About you 🧑‍🚀

  • Business Acumen: Proven ability to redesign complex enterprise operating models, influence C-level strategy, and confidently challenge executive thinking.
  • Value Selling & ROI: Expert at crafting compelling executive narratives and sophisticated financial models that drive deep deal conviction.
  • Vendor/MSP Expertise: Strong understanding of the contingent workforce ecosystem, with experience designing and implementing scalable models alongside MSP/VMS clients.
  • Negotiation & Deal Enablement: Skilled at leading strategic negotiations and aligning cross-functional teams to close complex enterprise deals.
  • Transformation Program Leadership: A track record of independently leading complex pilots, workshops, and multi-country transformation programs.
  • Fluent in English. Proficiency in German, is a plus
  • High willingness to travel for client/partner meetings and industry events

  • First call with Esra from the Talent Team to better understand your background, aspirations and answer your questions (30-45 minutes).
  • Track record interview with the hiring manager Lukas, to discuss your experience and how it would align with this role (45 minutes).
  • Prepare a case study which you’ll then present to two of our managers (1 hour).
  • Final interview with a C-Level leader to discuss Malt’s long term vision and to check any remaining questions (30-45 minutes).
