Key responsibilities ✨

  • Customer Onboarding on Malt Products:
  • Guiding freelancers in creating profiles on the Malt platform and assisting with proposal formalisation.
  • Administrative and Commercial Management:
  • Act as the primary contact for administrative managers at key client accounts, ensuring smooth implementation of administrative and accounting processes.
  • Oversee contracts and legal documentation for clients and freelance professionals.
  • Manage day-to-day client administrative relations, including the acceptance of commercial proposals and oversight of ongoing projects.
  • Prepare client quotes.
  • Support client meetings on administrative and process-related topics, including preparation of materials, drafting meeting minutes, and following up on specific post-meeting actions.
  • Administrative and Commercial Management:
  • Monitor & coordinate any financial topics and administrative tasks that fall within the Customer Administration's scope or in collaboration with dedicated teams.
  • Supporting any inquiries (internal or external) related to invoicing and supporting any billing discrepancies issues.
  • Collaborate with Malt’s Finance team to support collections and cash recovery when necessary.
  • Provide proactive support to clients and freelancers within the Customer Administration's scope & responsibilities.
  • Process Improvement and Product Innovation:
  • Monitor and measure the effectiveness of process & product improvements to ensure they align with organizational goals and contribute to overall business growth.
  • About you 🧑‍🚀

  • You have successful experience in administration / sales support (1-3 years)
  • You master the invoicing processes of major accounts and have a good command of Excel
  • You have very good interpersonal skills and are comfortable interacting with customers
  • You are proactive, organized and rigorous
  • You are comfortable in changing and dynamic environments where everything has to be built
  • You are fluent in French and English
