As a HR & TA Assistant, you'll be part of our dynamic People team, working directly with our local HR Business Partner in Madrid. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience with a strong focus on Talent Acquisition but you will get involved in other aspects of HR and office life while contributing to the growth and success of a fast-paced tech company. You'll be involved in both strategic and operational HR initiatives that impact our local team of 50 Malters.

Key responsibilities

  • Support the full recruitment cycle including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening CVs, building a pipeline of candidates and coordinate interviews
  • Maintain and update our applicant tracking system (Lever) with candidate information and recruitment activity, interview notes.
  • Prepare all offer documentation
  • Assist in onboarding new Malters and help create an exceptional employee experience
  • Help with the organisation of team events and local engagement initiatives
  • Contribute to HR/TA reporting and analytics for the Spanish office
  • Assist in implementing company-wide HR/TA projects at the local level

  • About you

  • Ideally you have some previous experience in recruitment
  • Strong interest in talent acquisition and HR in the tech industry
  • Experience with ATS systems is a plus
  • Excellent organizational skills with great attention to detail
  • Strong communication written and oral
  • Natural ability to build relationships and work collaboratively
  • Proactive mindset with eagerness to learn and grow in TA/HR
  • You are vibrant person with a passion for fostering a productive and positive work environment
  • Fluent english and Spanish
