Your Mission 

Are you a creative force with a passion for bringing brands to life visually and connecting with communities? As our Brand & Visual Content Specialist, you'll be at the heart of our marketing efforts, driving our visual identity and fostering engagement within our fast-growing network. You'll join a dynamic team where your design expertise will shine, creating compelling visuals and supporting our community with impactful communication. 

 

Your Responsibilities:

  • Creating social media visuals, reels, and short videos using Canva or Adobe tools 
  • Editing images, basic video editing and animations for internal & external channels 
  • Building and maintaining Canva templates for our agents 
  • Designing print materials for events, trade shows, and campaigns 
  • Developing and coordinating new products for our internal shop (merch, branded items) 
  • Adapting and translating international visuals from English or French into German 
  • Reviewing and approving communication materials created by our agents 
  • Exchanging with the network on templates, tools, and visual assets 
  • Managing internal communication channels (e.g. newsletters, intranet, internal groups) 
  • Supporting events and internal launches 

Preferred Experience

What You Bring 

  • 1–3 years of experience in a similar role (e.g. graphic design, content creation, marketing) 
  • Strong skills in Canva and Adobe Creative Suite (especially Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere) 
  • Affinity for social media, reels, and visual storytelling 
  • A structured and self-reliant working style 
  • Enthusiasm for design, communication, and community engagement 
  • Native-level German, very good English skills  (French is a plus but not required)
