Launched in 2013, ManoMano is the reference online marketplace for DIY, home improvement and gardening. Co-founded by Philippe de Chanville and Christian Raisson, ManoMano brings together the largest offer of DIY & gardening online products: electricity, plumbing, hardware, frames, indoor and outdoor furniture, tools, etc. With more than 2 600 seller partners and 7,5 million products, ManoMano currently employs 600 people and operates in 6 markets (France, Belgium, Spain, Italy, Germany, United Kingdom).

The FP&A team is responsible for planning and monitoring the company’s business model, from topline to EBITDA. We are the business partner of all teams, supporting them to build their targets, follow their performance and costs over the medium and long term. We are accountable for internal and external reports towards partners and investors. We also make sure that key decisions are supported by accurate ROI analysis with homogeneous methodology throughout the company, and that the profitability of key initiatives is monitored over time.


Your mission

Labor costs are the largest cost at ManoMano. By monitoring them, you have a tremendous impact on the profitability of the company, both monitoring the big picture and supporting the teams on a daily basis.

Labor cost controlling

Build labor cost budget and follow-up throughout the year, bridge performance on a monthly basis at both macro and granular level. Be the owner of the monthly closing on labor cost topics. Prepare reportings for relevant stakeholders.

Partnering to executive team

Support each executive team member in their labor costs management, enabling them to understand gaps vs budget, but also forecast and make scenarios autonomously.

Partnering with HR

Provide support to the HR team for data follow-up and reports creation in order to strengthen our capacity to master reliable data.

Support them on a variety of topics to enable decision making and smoothness of recruitment, promotion and salary increase processes.


Your Skills

  • Background Bac +5

  • Experience 4-6 years in finance and/ or HR, consulting - experience in labor controlling is a plus

  • Great analytical skills, advanced knowledge of Excel / Google Sheet

  • Detail oriented, precise in your analysis, and able to prioritize your tasks

  • Have good communication skills (oral and written) and be able to present financial topics in a simple way to non-financial audiences. You enjoy helping your stakeholders on a daily basis.

  • Speak French and English fluently
