Co-founded by Philippe de Chanville and Christian Raisson, ManoMano brings together the largest offer of DIY & gardening online products: electricity, plumbing, hardware, frames, indoor and outdoor furniture, tools, etc. With more than 2 600 seller partners and 7,5 million products, ManoMano currently employs 600 people and operates in 6 markets (France, Belgium, Spain, Italy, Germany, United Kingdom).

Context

At ManoMano, within the PIM (Product Integration Management) team, our main objective is to improve the quality of product data.

The challenge is to build a catalog worthy of a specialist in the DIY and Home Improvement sectors. We need to help our customers search, find, and choose the right products from over 50 million references across our five e-commerce sites.

To tackle this challenge, we are looking for a PIM Project Manager who is ready to take on the responsibility of identifying features that enhance our PIM tool, optimizing our business processes, and effectively executing the strategy for acquiring high-quality structured data.

Mission

As a PIM Project Manager, you will be responsible for addressing the needs related to  PIM/DAM components.


Your mission will involve advocating for the needs of business teams, ensuring proper prioritization and development according to company’s strategy. Conducting acceptance testing, you will be in charge of training business teams on proper usage, following the deployment of projects aligned with our organizational goals.


  • Proactively identify opportunities for acquiring external data.

  • Assist in anticipating and identifying product data management features that need to be created, improved, or phased out within the PIM tool.

  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve the quality or completeness of catalog data and system’s profitability

  • Ensure the proper availability of catalog data.

  • Manage projects by gathering requirements from business teams, communicating those needs to product teams, creating test plans & defining business acceptance tests, conducting testing, communication, training, and post-mortems.

  • Report project status to management and manage risks/alerts.

  • Oversee internal/external partners.


Profile

  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree (in business or engineering school).

  • Experience in project management and process improvement.

  • Basic skills in data analysis.

  • Familiarity with integration methods (API, integrators, etc.).

  • Good communication skills.

  • Proficient in English and French.

  • Strong relationship-building skills and customer orientation.

  • Experience working on projects that involve AI, automation.
