At ManoMano, the Accounting team is responsible for managing financial transactions, ensuring compliance with accounting and tax standards, and providing accurate financial reporting, to support a fast changing environment. We work collaboratively to ensure accounts accuracy, support audits, and analyze financial performance, enabling informed decision-making and fostering operational efficiency within the organization. We also contribute to global and structural projects within the Company, on compliance, invoicing and financial aspects.



Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Senior Accountant Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast changing environment, enjoy leading cardinal projects, and work closely with other departments to drive efficiency and compliance in our financial processes. You will be joining a 6 people team (1 Head of / 3 Accountants / 1 Tax Manager / 1 Apprentice).


Responsibilities

  • Contribute in monitoring and booking daily financial transactions in our system

  • Reconcile accounts and prepare monthly closing data with accuracy

  • Analyze and provide insights about significant variances in balance sheet and P&L positions

  • Participate in the monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes

  • Lead cashflow monitoring and reconciliation

  • As a senior teammate, be involved in reviewing and coordinating within the team

  • Support external audits on both statutory and consolidation

  • Act as one of the main point of contact on accounting/invoicing matters for the Finance and other departments

  • Active Player in the improvement of accounting processes and internal systems

  • Be part of global projects within the company and contribute on the Accounting, Tax or Financial aspects of them


Skills and Background

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, you have at least 7 years of relevant experience in an accounting firm and/or corporate

  • Strong knowledge of French GAAP. Knowledge in Consolidation, IFRS and Tax principles is a plus

  • Excellent knowledge in Excel/Google Sheets

  • Knowledge of ERP systems, preferably Netsuite, is a plus

  • Excellent communication in both written and spoken French and English

  • Independent, detail-oriented, analytical, curious mindset and team spirit

  • Proactive in suggesting improvements and efficiencies

  • Passionate in deep-diving and resolving issues or improvable processes

  • Excellent time management and organizational skills

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively in a collaborative and dynamic environment
