Founded in France in 2013, ManoMano is the leading online marketplace for DIY, home, and gardening products. Co-founded by Christian Raisson and Philippe de Chanville, ManoMano, bringing together more than 2,600 merchants, offers the largest online offering of DIY and gardening products, with over 7.5 million items. ManoMano currently employs 600 people and operates in six markets (France, Belgium, Spain, Italy, Germany, and the United Kingdom).

In 2019, ManoMano launched ManoManoPro, a unique platform designed to make life easier for construction professionals. In less than a decade, ManoMano has become a key player in the home improvement and renovation sector.

Founded in France in 2013 by two French DIY enthusiasts amazed at the lack of digitalization in the market, ManoMano is now present in 6 European countries (France, Belgium, Spain, Italy, Germany, UK), federates over 5,000 sellers and now offers the widest range of DIY and gardening products online (+19 million products references).

Motivated by the prospect of improving the living environment of their customers and convinced of the importance of the home market for sustainable consumption habits, the ManoMano teams want to help write a new page in their industry, which is struggling to reform itself. ManoMano brings to a highly technical world the power of its sector expertise, combined with that of data and digital in all its dimensions, to offer our customers easy access to innovative advice, products and services 100% online.

Missions :


  • Define the company’s procurement strategy and processes (including sustainable procurement, in collaboration with our CSR team)

  • Lead main negotiations with indirect suppliers, mainly Tech and professional services

  • Coach business teams on key buying projects

  • Identify top areas for make or buy decisions

  • Benchmark purchasing costs vs market standards

  • Set and deliver cost reduction targets (ex: optimize number of licences, etc.)

  • Maintain a good level of level 1 support and training on P2P tool (Proactis)


The scope is on 100% of ManoMano external purchases, with a strong focus on software purchase and professional services.

Profil :

  • Proactive and autonomous mindset, demonstrated track record in driving purchasing strategy and deliver efficiency improvements

  • 6/8 years + experience

  • Strong ability to collaborate with others

  • Proactive and autonomous

  • Legal background, specifically on RGPD and Saas specificities

  • Fluent in French and English, with strong backbone in TECH
