Your Impact:

As a Senior Account Manager for Mirakl Connect, you will be the primary driver of growth and retention for our existing customers in a quota-carrying sales role. Your mission: maximize customer lifetime value through strategic renewals and upsells while expanding adoption of Mirakl Connect's Channel Management solution. You'll serve as a dedicated point of contact for our top-performing sellers while also managing a broader portfolio of sellers through scalable engagement strategies. Working cross-functionally with internal teams, you'll focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences that drive long-term satisfaction and business growth. Your expertise in building meaningful relationships and understanding SMB challenges will be essential to both customer success and Mirakl's continued expansion.

What You’ll Do at Mirakl:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with top customers, serving as their primary point of contact and trusted advisor
  • Identify upselling opportunities to existing customers and handle contract renewals to maximize account value and revenue growth
  • Drive feature adoption amongst paid customers and monitor retention via NPS campaigns and feature usage analytics
  • Turn sellers from customers into brand ambassadors through exceptional relationship management and customer success
  • Serve as the voice of customers internally, collaborating with stakeholders to ensure we build the best product for our partners
  • Help create & deliver the account management playbook and develop deep SMB landscape knowledge to provide relevant insights
  • Track key performance metrics, pipeline status, and market feedback while staying current on industry trends to continuously refine account management strategies

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field; advanced degrees are a plus.

  • 5+ years of experience in a closing sales role with a proven track record in the SMB segment.

  • Demonstrated success in building and managing a sales pipeline, negotiating deals, and achieving or surpassing revenue targets.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills—able to influence stakeholders at all levels.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop actionable insights from data.

  • Entrepreneurial mindset, self-motivated, and passionate about driving results in a high-growth environment.
