Your Impact:

The Executive Assistant role at Mirakl is essential to our success and presents a unique opportunity to support multiple senior executives, including our CEO of the Americas and CRO. As the backbone of our executive function, you'll ensure our leaders have what they need to seamlessly serve our clients while meeting their internal commitments and goals.

This position requires exceptional organizational skills, proactive decision-making, and the ability to anticipate needs and prevent problems before they arise. In our fast-paced, global environment, you'll manage competing priorities while handling complex scheduling, travel coordination, and administrative support that keeps our executive team operating at peak efficiency.

We operate in a hybrid model, offering the flexibility to work remotely 1 day a week while maintaining a strong in-office presence where you'll be surrounded by intelligent, highly motivated colleagues. Executive Assistants help shape our culture by actively participating in office life and collaborating across functions to support team members.

What you will do at Mirakl:

  • As a proactive partner, you will collaborate and support multiple senior executives in our fast-paced, global environment:
  • Execute complex calendar management with strong prioritization skills
  • Drive end-to-end travel coordination for domestic and international trips
  • Process timely expense reports and maintain accurate financial records
  • Act as a thought partner, anticipating needs and bringing critical information forward
  • Manage the Boston office visitor experience and general daily operations:
  • Serve as primary point of contact, ensuring seamless and professional experiences
  • Oversee logistics including building access and team awareness
  • Support with receiving deliveries and ensuring that recipients are aware
  • Supporting operational excellence
  • Organize and prepare data and additional content for executive reporting and presentations
  • Facilitate local and global team meetings, managing scheduling conflicts
  • Build effective relationships with key stakeholders, including clients and internal teams
  • Conduct research and gather information as needed for executive decision-making
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration:
  • Facilitate consistent communication between Boston and global offices
  • Support executives' internal commitments and committee work
  • Guide teams toward efficient use of executive time
  • Coordinate with global EA team to align on executive priorities and initiatives

What Mirakl is looking for in a Candidate:


  • 3+ years of executive assistant experience, preferably supporting senior executives in a technology company

  • Proven ability to manage multiple executives simultaneously in a high-volume environment

  • Advanced digital proficiency with modern business tools and technologies

  • Analytical capabilities for data preparation and reporting

  • Excellent organizational and prioritization skills with ability to make appropriate trade-offs

  • Professional presence with exceptional communication skills

  • Experience building relationships with internal and external stakeholders

  • Comfort with fluctuating workload and changing priorities

  • Available to work in our downtown Boston HQ office 4 days per week

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
