As Mirakl keeps growing as a business and a scale-up company, our People Team (~40 people) is looking for a talented People Partner (HRBP) to guide our Mirakl Workers (~750 people).

As our People Partner, reporting to our Director of People, you'll be a cornerstone of our People Team, driving collaborative strategies that not only accommodate our growth but also support our departments.

You will be the People Partner of one or two specific departments, and will be in charge of all the people topics of this population.

Your role

  • Forge dynamic partnerships with your assigned department leaders, becoming their go-to advisor for all things scaling – from organizational design to talent management.
  • Play a pivotal role in learning & development projects like our Global Leadership & Management Program
  • Conduct strategic projects around career path, career development, internal & external benchmarks, comp & ben
  • Working efficiently with People Ops around admin & payroll topics, and with Talent Acquisition around salary negotiation and salary grids and internal mobilities process
  • Guide all over the year our headcount planning and organizational structuring, collaborating closely with the leadership, Finance, and People teams.
  • Partner with leaders to understand and fulfill the talent requirements of their teams, ensuring we have the right people in the right places.
  • Empower our managers through expert advice on a spectrum of employee matters, from performance management to complex employee relations issues.
  • Work alongside the global People Team to conceive, design, and execute key strategic People initiatives. This includes leading annual performance and compensation reviews, and engaging in feedback through surveys.

Who are we looking for?

  • At least 4-5 years in a strategic HR Business Partner role, with a track record of influencing and coaching managers at all levels.
  • A history of thriving in fast-paced, growing businesses and a readiness to dive into new challenges with enthusiasm.
  • A hands-on approach, ready to tackle any task with a can-do attitude.
  • Outstanding communication skills and a natural talent for building relationships.
  • Proven experience in designing and leading complex projects and programs to successful completion.
  • Fluent level of French and good level of English
  • This position is based in our Paris office.
