Position Overview :
As the Zuora Platform Owner & Salesforce Administrator, you will lead the development and management of the Zuora platform at Payfit while also administering and enhancing Salesforce. This role demands a balanced focus on both platforms, ensuring seamless integration and functionality.
Key responsibilities :
You will :
- Lead the configuration, and ongoing enhancement of Zuora, acting as the primary point of contact for all developments and processes related to the platform.
- Administer and manage Salesforce, ensuring that both systems are optimized for business needs and work seamlessly together.
- Conduct system enhancements and upgrades in Salesforce and Zuora, leveraging deep expertise in both platforms.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into effective technical solutions within both Salesforce and Zuora.
- Provide training and support to team members on functionalities and best practices for both systems.
- Manage documentation and report on system performance and user feedback to guide continuous improvement efforts.
Qualifications :
You have:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience with Salesforce and 2 or more certifications (excluding “Associate” certification) ; experience with Zuora is a plus (not mandatory).
- Proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Excellent communication skills in English; French is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and lead projects with minimal supervision.
