Position Overview :

As Salesforce Project Manager & Administrator, you will manage project workflows and stakeholder communication within Salesforce and Zuora environments. You will also actively participate in hands-on implementation and feature enhancements. This hybrid role demands both project management skills and technical prowess.

Key responsibilities : 

You will:

- Lead sprint planning, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups to ensure effective project management and timely delivery of Salesforce and Zuora features.

- Directly implement and configure new features and enhancements within Salesforce and Zuora, sharing responsibility for hands-on development alongside project oversight.

- Serve as a key stakeholder liaison, adept at communicating effectively and assertively to prioritize initiatives and manage expectations.

- Stay updated on the latest Salesforce and Zuora features and best practices to drive continuous improvement.

- Challenge and negotiate with stakeholders to focus on high-impact projects that align with strategic business objectives.

- Document project progress and maintain clear communication channels across teams and departments.


Qualifications : 

You have: 

- At least 1 year of hands-on experience with Salesforce and 1 or more Salesforce certification(s) (excluding “Associate” certification).

- Proven experience in project management or as a project owner.

- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to say "no" and challenge ideas constructively.

- Strong commitment to quality and a passion for meticulous, thorough work.

- Analytical skills and a methodical approach to problem-solving.

- English is mandatory, French is a plus.
