L’application mobile accompagne les personnes touchées par le cancer afin de les aider à mieux vivre et gérer les effets secondaires liés aux traitements. Sa plateforme de télésurveillance, dispositif médical de classe IIa, permet aux professionnels de santé de mieux comprendre et suivre leurs patients à distance afin d’améliorer leur prise en charge. En octobre 2023, Resilience est devenu le premier dispositif médical en oncologie à obtenir un remboursement pérenne par l’Assurance Maladie.

Convaincue de la nécessité d’offrir une prise en charge globale et personnalisée aux patients atteints de maladie chronique, la société a élargi son périmètre à d’autres pathologies, en commençant par l’immunologie. En 2023, Resilience a fait l’acquisition de GutyCare, dédiée au suivi des patients atteints de Maladies Inflammatoires Chroniques de l’Intestin (MICI). La société développe également une solution en psychiatrie.

Resilience poursuit par ailleurs sa volonté d’être un acteur majeur de la recherche clinique en oncologie, convaincue que chaque donnée collectée par la télésurveillance est une ressource considérable pour améliorer et personnaliser la prise en charge des patients et, à plus long terme, pour accélérer l’innovation thérapeutique.

Job Summary:

Translational Research at Resilience plays a critical role in shaping the future of precision medicine. As Head of Translational Research, you’ll be at the forefront of transforming real-world data, digital biomarkers, and RPM technologies into actionable insights that advance clinical care in oncology, immunology, and psychiatry. Reporting directly to the CMO, you’ll define a high-impact strategy that strengthens our scientific credibility, accelerates innovation, and supports regulatory and clinical partnerships. This is a mission-critical role—your work will directly influence patient outcomes and the future of evidence-based healthcare.

Your daily responsibilities & routine:

  • Define and drive the translational research strategy in close collaboration with the Chief Medical Officer, ensuring alignment with the company’s broader scientific and clinical goals.

  • Lead scientific research and data analyses to support the credibility and clinical value of our Resilience RPM platform across patient care, regulatory interactions, and drug development.

  • Identify, validate, and integrate digital biomarkers and novel clinical endpoints into Resilience Care solutions, collaborating across product, data science, and medical teams.

  • Apply advanced AI/ML and statistical modeling techniques to large, complex datasets—ranging from clinical records to wearable and passive data—to generate predictive insights and enhance patient outcomes.

  • Design and execute emulated clinical trials and synthetic control arms to expand our real-world evidence capabilities and produce regulatory-grade insights.

  • Ensure ongoing compliance with regulatory guidelines and GCP standards, particularly in research execution and data management.

  • Communicate research strategies, progress, and findings both internally and externally, including presentations at scientific conferences and publications, in alignment with our scientific communication strategy.

  • Act as a cross-functional liaison, particularly with Medical Affairs and Regulatory teams, to ensure our translational research informs both product development and scientific dissemination.

✨ Your Team

You Will Work Closely With:

  • Medical Affairs, to generate and coordinate impactful scientific publications and congress presentations.

  • Clinical Development, to support regulatory interactions (e.g., EMA, FDA), particularly for submissions involving RWD.

  • Life Sciences Partnerships, to produce evidence aligned with the needs of industry collaborators (pharmaceutical, biotech, medtech).

  • Product and Data Science teams, to translate research outputs into scalable, compliant, and clinically meaningful product features.

2️⃣ What you'll bring

⚙️ You'll definitely have:

  • PhD, MD, or PharmD in clinical research, biostatistics, bioinformatics, computational biology, AI, or related disciplines strongly preferred; MSc with relevant experience also considered.

  • 5+ experience in translational research, clinical analytics, or digital biomarker development within pharma, biotech, medtech, or academia (with strong industry partnerships).

  • Demonstrated success in biomarker discovery, validation, and integration into clinical workflows.
