About the position

We have big plans, and to achieve them, we need a strong team of talented individual! That's why we're looking for our first Talent Acquisition Specialist for our Barcelona office, our first international hub.

This is a unique opportunity to shape our growth from day one. You'll not only recruit top talent for our Spanish team but also help us build and improve all our hiring processes for our growing international hub. This role is focused on the Spanish Market and on Commercial roles as BDR, AE, CSM or Customer Care. You'll report to Agathe, our Head of People Spain.

About the mission

Your job has two main parts: finding great people and making our hiring process better.

Find and hire top talent for Spanish Market:

  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand what they need
  • Find and contact candidates directly - hunting is our #1 source of hiring
  • Manage the whole hiring process, from the first contact to the job offer
  • Give clear and honest feedback to candidates and managers
  • Improve our hiring system in Barcelona:

  • Find the best job websites and tools for Spain
  • Create and improve our hiring steps to be fast and efficient
  • Help our managers become better at interviewing and choosing candidates
  • Look at hiring data to identify ways to improve
  • What we are looking for you if you:

  • You have at least 2 years of experience in recruitment, ideally in a fast-growing tech company or a sales recruitment agency
  • You speak native Spanish and are comfortable in English
  • You have a Sales mentality: you like to hunt, convince, to have targets and overachieve !
  • You are proactive and can work well on your own, taking full responsibility for your projects
  • You are good at collaborating with hiring managers and work as a team
  • You care about giving candidates a great experience
  • You like to use data to improve things
  • Most importantly: You love recruitment, you're energetic, and always looking for new ideas!
