Helping the company be fully data-driven is not just a buzzword, it is our mission at Equativ. We, the Data Analytics team at Equativ, maximize Equativ’s efficiency by enabling easy and permanent access to quality data, valuable insights & rigorous thinking. Our responsibility is to ensure our local and central teams, clients, and partners, make informed business decisions. To do so, we leverage huge volumes of data (Equativ handles +250Bn Auctions per day) in a state-of-the-art tech stack (AirFlow, Snowflake, Tableau, Looker…) in order to provide actionable insights to all teams at Equativ!Following the recent merger between Equativ and Sharethrough, the Analytics team is committed to supporting the migration of business intelligence platforms to effectively serve the business as a unified company. As a Data Analyst for Equativ, you’ll report to the Analytics Manager and will join a dynamic team of 10+ Analytics professionals.

✏️ What you'll do

  • Deliver actionable insights and recommendations to teams across the unified organization by analyzing trends and conducting thorough data investigations, ultimately driving the company’s revenue growth
  • Gather reporting and dashboard requirements by collaborating with department stakeholders, implement solutions to successfully complete the BI platform migration (from Looker to Tableau), and provide training to ensure effective use & adoption of these solutions
  • Design and present analytical resources (such as dashboards, reports, alerting systems, automated investigation tools, etc.) to equip the North American teams with the ability to track performance metrics and achieve their strategic goals
  • Oversee and maintain business intelligence platforms to ensure data integrity, clarity, and ease of use for end-users
  • 🤝 Collaboration

  • Engage with leaders from North American regions (US, Canada) to align on requirements,  deliverables, understand upcoming needs, and prioritize effectively
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams serving our B2B Marketplace, driving actions based on data-driven insights
  • Ensure widespread adoption of metrics and analytics tools through effective internal go-to-market strategies (beta-testing, communication, training, and continuous improvement)

  • 💪 About you

  • You have 1+ years of working experience in an analytical role
  • You are curious, love solving problems and forming recommendations, and want to develop your autonomy and expertise
  • You are an excellent communicator who can present insights and recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • You are fluent in English
  • You have practical experience with SQL, Looker or Tableau (or any other reporting tools)
