Job Description

👫 About the team
Our Analytics team is at the heart of Equativ’s data-centric business, bridging the gap between raw data and business-critical insights. We maximize Equativ’s efficiency by enabling easy and permanent access to quality data, valuable insights & rigorous thinking. Our responsibility is to ensure our local and central teams, clients, and partners, make informed business decisions. To do so, we leverage huge volumes of data (Equativ handles +200Bn Auctions per day).
Our stack: Snowflake, Airflow, Tableau, ETL on custom Python scripts. We are also currently implementing Snowflake AI and dbt.

As a Senior Data Analyst for Demand & Finance, you’ll report to a Central Analytics Senior Manager and will join a dynamic team of 10 Analytics professionals.

✏️ What you'll do

  • Develop and maintain analytics resources (such as dashboards, reports, semantic models, AI agents, alerting systems, etc.) that empower:

    • for demand: central and local service teams to understand our partners and clients’ performance better and achieve their objectives.

    • for finance: the finance and partnerships team to monitor financial performance of various initiatives (partnerships, net revenue decomposition, sales incentives…).

  • Analyze market trends using internal data and generate insights and recommendations for regional managing directors and execs to drive their business.

  • Ensure data consistency between our internal data sources to guarantee trust-worthy analytics resources.

  • Depending on your interests and skills, you may also:

    • Develop and maintain data tools tailored to specific use cases.

    • Participate in sourcing, continuously enriching our databases with new internal data.

🤝 Collaboration

  • Be the main point-of-contact for Finance, Demand Account Managers and Tech Ops from different regions (US, France, Germany, UK, Italy, Singapore, Brazil, etc.) to align on recent deliverables, understand upcoming needs, and prioritize effectively.

  • Co-build the Demand Analytics roadmap and own its delivery along the quarter.

  • Coach a data analyst intern to help you with dashboard updates, data pulls and progressively more complex requests.

  • Ensure widespread adoption of metrics and analytics tools through effective internal go-to-market strategies (beta-testing, communication, training, and continuous improvement).

💪 About you

  • You have 3+ years of working experience in an analytical role.

  • You are curious, love solving problems and forming recommendations, and want to develop your autonomy and expertise.

  • You are an excellent communicator who can present insights and recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.

  • You are fluent in English.

  • Working proficiency in French is a plus.

  • You have practical experience with SQL and Tableau (or any other reporting tools).

  • Experience with Python, dbt, Streamlit or agentic analytics tools is a plus.
