Ready to lead the charge in the ever-evolving and rapidly-accelerating world of programmatic curation? Equativ is on the hunt for a dynamic and visionary Senior Director, Curation Partnerships to drive the growth of our industry-leading platform, Maestro.

We’re looking for a strategic powerhouse with a knack for building game-changing partnerships and a proven track record of smashing sales targets. Maestro Customer Categories: advertising agencies, first and third party data providers, media companies, publisher networks, creative platforms, brands and commerce / retail media networks.

What you'll do

  • Drive Revenue Growth: As an individual contributor across the US & Canada, spearhead revenue expansion through targeted direct sales initiatives, leveraging Equativ’s premier PMP curation and media activation platform, Maestro.
  • Market Intelligence & Lead Generation: Define high-potential target markets and verticals, establish streamlined lead generation processes, and maintain meticulous sales records within Salesforce.
  • High-Impact Prospecting: Maintain a robust cadence of outreach and follow-ups, effectively managing a high volume of daily interactions with potential clients and partners.
  • Strategic Market Initiatives: Develop and execute innovative go-to-market strategies that enhance sales effectiveness and support broader team objectives.
  • Complex Deal Management: Lead the end-to-end sales cycle, negotiating and closing sophisticated business deals involving multiple internal and external stakeholders.
  • Seamless Collaboration with CS: Partner closely with the Customer Success team to ensure smooth handoffs, provide strategic insights, and support account growth initiatives - maximizing client satisfaction and expanding account potential.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Equativ’s product and marketing teams to refine our value proposition, enhance sales collateral, and craft compelling, data-driven sales pitches.
  • Relationship Building: Cultivate and nurture strong, lasting relationships with key partners and clients, ensuring long-term satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Platform Advocacy: Act as a thought leader and evangelist for Equativ’s curation platform, equipping partners with the tools and strategies needed to white-label and successfully bring our offering to market.
  • Who you are

  • Extensive Industry Expertise: 7+ years of proven success in programmatic advertising, with a strong emphasis on platform and data partnerships, as well as PMP media deal execution.
  • Programmatic Ecosystem Mastery: Deep knowledge of the full programmatic landscape, including DSPs, SSPs, DMPs, ad exchanges, and the intricacies of digital media buying and selling.
  • Strategic Partnership Leadership: Demonstrated track record of negotiating and managing high-impact strategic partnerships, driving mutual growth and innovation in the programmatic sector.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex data, uncover insights, and make informed, strategic business decisions.
  • Influential Communicator: Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, adept at building trust, influencing stakeholders, and fostering relationships at all organizational levels.
  • Entrepreneurial Agility: Adaptable and forward-thinking, with an entrepreneurial mindset that thrives in complex and fast-paced business environments.
