Job Description

As Sales Enablement Lead you will play a key role to the success of the Inside Sales and Account Management of the B2B department. You will be responsible to design and to implement sales enablement strategies and programmes that boost sales productivity and effectiveness. You will be equipping our sales teams with training, content and tools they need to effectively engage with clients and drive sales. This role involves working closely with Sales, SalesOps, Product and Marketing teams.

Your missions :

Training & Development:

  • Design, develop, and deliver comprehensive sales training programs focused on both foundational and advanced sales methodologies. Conduct such training sessions
  • Create tailored onboarding programs for new sales hires to ensure a seamless integration into the team and a rapid ramp-up period.

Content & Resources:

  • Develop, update, and maintain a suite of high-quality sales enablement materials (e.g., presentations, case studies, product collateral) that align with sales strategies and methodologies.
  • Partner closely with marketing to develop and deliver targeted sales content that complements inbound campaigns and aligns with the buyer journey.

Performance Analysis:

  • Monitor, assess, and analyze sales performance metrics (Closing rate, Deal length, other conversion/funnel metrics) to measure the impact and effectiveness of sales enablement initiatives. (Using A/B testing when fit)
  • Provide actionable insights and regular feedback to sales leadership on key performance indicators, identifying areas of improvement.

Technology & Tools:

  • Identify, implement, and manage the most effective sales enablement tools and platforms, with a focus on AI-powered tools to drive efficiency.
  • Train and coach the sales team on the best practices for using these tools to maximize their productivity and streamline workflows.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Collaborate closely with product management to gain a deep understanding of product features and benefits, ensuring sales teams are well-equipped to communicate value to prospects.
  • Partner with marketing to ensure seamless alignment on messaging, campaigns, and content, keeping the sales approach in sync with the broader company strategy. 
  • Work alongside sales leadership to align enablement initiatives with business goals, ensuring strategic coherence across all teams.


      Your profile : 

      • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
      • 5+ years of experience in high-performance sales, with a proven track record as an individual contributor and/or sales manager.
      • 1+ year of experience in sales enablement, training, or a similar coaching role, with a deep understanding of sales methodologies (e.g., SPIN, Challenger, Sandler, etc.).
      • Strong knowledge of sales processes, strategies, and methodologies, with a focus on continuously evolving the team's approach to drive results including delivering hands-on sales training to teams and coaching.
      • Advanced understanding of CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot) and sales enablement tools, particularly AI-based solutions.
      • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and motivate diverse teams.
      • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to use data-driven insights to refine strategies and optimize sales performance.
      • C1 English mandatory; C2 French preferred; C2 Spanish nice to have.
