In this role, you'll report to the Head of Growth and work across the GTM org to drive forward our core Growth KPIs

What you’ll be doing
Strategy & Execution Develop comprehensive demand generation strategies that align with our business objectivesCreate and implement engaging multi-channel campaigns incorporating SEO, paid search and ABM approachesDesign effective lead scoring and nurturing flows that drive conversionPlan and execute targeted programmes for key market segmentsCampaign ExcellenceCraft compelling marketing campaigns that resonate across email, content, and digital channelsDevelop messaging that speaks directly to our different audience segmentsMake smart decisions about budget allocation to maximise pipeline impactOversee and optimise search engine marketing (SEM) campaigns to support pipeline generation effortsCoordinate targeted advertising efforts to amplify campaign performanceData & OptimisationMonitor and analyse demand generation metrics to uncover insights and opportunitiesUse marketing automation tools to track engagement and enhance targetingRun thoughtful A/B tests to continuously improve campaign performanceMeasure and report on programme effectiveness across all channelsCollaborationPartner closely with our sales team to ensure smooth opportunity handoverWork hand-in-hand with product marketing to craft compelling value propositions Connect with the wider marketing team to maintain consistent messagingPartner with field marketing teams to align campaign strategies and share insights across regionsCoordinate with marketing ops to build robust tracking and reporting

What we are looking for
A proven track record (3+ years) in B2B demand generationStrong command of marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)A data-driven mindset with sharp analytical skillsSound working knowledge of B2B marketing principles and UK market dynamicsExperience with SEO, paid search, and ABM strategiesOutstanding communication skills and a collaborative spiritBachelor's degree in Marketing or related fieldHas a strong bias for action and a growth mindsetIs comfortable in a fast-paced environmentIs genuinely curious about what makes marketing campaigns successful
