(M/W) Customer Solutions Engineer – Industrial Robotics

About

Working closely with the Product team (Solutions Architect & Product Manager) and R&D, you will adapt and apply existing software and hardware modules developed by R&D to match the specific needs of each customer.

This is a highly customer-facing role, requiring frequent travel, both within France and internationally. You will operate directly in industrial environments (factories, logistics sites, warehouses), where understanding operational constraints, workflows, and on-site realities is key to delivering successful deployments.

You will play a critical role at the intersection of customer needs and industrial execution, ensuring each solution is robust, practical, and fully adapted to real-world environments.

In addition, you will support pre-sales activities, including demonstrations (standard or customized), working with Business Development, Product and R&D teams.

  • Translate field observations into technical requirements,

  • Anticipate deployment challenges in industrial contexts.

Customization:

  • Configure and adapt R&D-developed software and hardware modules to customer needs,

  • Fine-tune solutions to fit industrial environments and constraints,

  • Ensure robustness and quality in real operating conditions.

Deployment:

  • Install and commission our robotic systems on industrial sites (factories, warehouses, logistics platforms),

  • Ensure smooth integration into existing workflows and infrastructure,

  • Deliver technical training and documentation to customer teams.

Customer interface:

  • Act as main technical contact throughout pre-sales, deployment and post-deployment,

  • Understand operational needs and propose adapted solutions, to ensure successful integration into industrial environments,

  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve technical requests, after deployment.

Knowledge sharing & continuous improvement:

  • Document field learnings and configurations,

  • Share insights to improve product and deployment processes.

This list is non-exhaustive.

Preferred Experience

  • Diploma: Engineering degree or equivalent (mechanical, electrical, software, robotics, or related fields)

  • Strong multidisciplinary technical background with a hands-on, field-oriented and solution-driven mindset,

  • Proven experience or strong exposure to industrial environments (factories, logistics sites, warehouses), with a good understanding of their constraints (processes, safety, operations, stakeholders),

  • Willingness and availability to travel extensively in France and internationally

  • Ability to work cross-functionally with Product, R&D and Business Development teams

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate operational needs from the field into clear technical requirements.
