Job Description

As part of the Operations department, you will be responsible for the implementation and customization of our robotic solutions for customers, from the Proof of Concept (POC) phase to full deployment.

Working closely with the Product team (Solutions Architect & Product Manager) and R&D, you will adapt and apply existing software and hardware modules developed by R&D to match the specific needs of each customer.

This is a highly customer-facing role, requiring frequent travel (more than 50% of your time, often for extended periods, both within France and internationally). You will play a key part in delivering a tailored, high-quality experience, ensuring each solution is perfectly adapted to the customer’s environment and expectations.

In addition, you will support pre-sales activities, including demonstrations (standard or customized), working with Business Development, Product and R&D teams.

Key Responsibilities

Implementation & Customization:

  • Apply and configure existing R&D-developed software and hardware modules to meet specific customer requirements,

  • Adjust, combine and fine-tune solution components on site to fit unique operational contexts,

  • Ensure robustness and quality of each deployment.

Deployment:

  • Install and commission our robotic systems at customer sites,

  • Coordinate with Product, R&D and local teams to ensure smooth integration into real-world environments,

  • Deliver technical training and documentation to customer teams (e.g. required for proper operation or maintenance).

Customer Interface & Solution Adaptation:

  • Act as the main technical point of contact for customers during implementation, deployment phases and evolution phases,

  • Deeply understand customer needs, translate them into clear technical requirements, and communicate them to Product and R&D when necessary,

  • Propose creative adaptations and configurations to deliver the best possible experience,

  • Ensure customers feel fully supported and listened to throughout the process,

  • Coordinate with R&D and Support teams to ensure timely resolution of customer technical requests, after deployment.

Pre-Sales Demonstrations:

  • Support Business Development, Product and R&D teams in preparing and delivering product demonstrations, both standard and customized, during pre-sales activities,

  • Provide technical input to ensure demonstrations accurately reflect product capabilities and customer use cases.

Knowledge Sharing & Continuous Improvement:

  • Document field configurations and adaptations to enrich the internal knowledge base,

  • Share learnings and best practices with Product and R&D teams to support product evolution,

  • Contribute to continuous improvement of deployment processes and tools.

Preferred Experience

  • Diploma: Engineering degree or equivalent (mechanical, electrical, software, robotics, or related fields)

  • Solid multidisciplinary technical background with a hands-on, solution-oriented mindset

  • Willingness and availability to travel extensively (50%+ of the time) in France and internationally

  • Ability to work cross-functionally with Product, R&D and Business Development teams

  • Excellent communication and translation of needs between customer, Product and R&D
