Founded in 2013 by Luc Pallavidino and Antoine Louiset in Normandy, Yousign started as a mission to democratize the use of the electronic signature and document automation in order to make it simple and accessible to everyone. In 2020, Alban Sayag joined and soon became CEO of the company, ensuring continuity and long-term thinking as we scale. Both founders remain involved in shaping the company's vision through Board presence.

Product and vision

Yousign has been the go-to solution for electronic signatures in Europe. In 2026, we're evolving into Youtrust, a comprehensive digital trust platform designed for the realities of modern business.

Digitalization creates opportunities but also exposes companies to new risks: document forgery, identity theft, AI-enabled fraud. Meanwhile, European regulations are becoming more demanding. We're building the infrastructure that lets businesses grow safely and stay compliant without the complexity.

Our 3 product pillars:

* Sign : 3 levels of electronic signatures (simple, advanced, qualified), legally binding and compliant with European standards.

* Seal (eSeal) : An electronic seal ensuring the integrity and authenticity of documents on behalf of the organization.

* Verify : Identity verification (KYC, KYB, PVID), as well as document verification and bank account checks (IBAN) to combat fraud and enhance compliance.

Descriptif du poste

Position Overview

As a Growth Outbound Intern, you will play a vital role in providing technical and operational support to our outbound campaigns. Included in the Business Development team, and with strong connections with the Sales and Revenue Operations teams, you will sit at the heart of the Revenue generation engine. This position is a great opportunity for an entry-level experience in a fast-paced SaaS sales environment.

You will contribute to the onboarding of Sales teams and ensure the smooth operation of outbound tools. You will be involved in optimizing campaigns and implementing processes that ensure their effectiveness and success. We’re looking for someone who isn’t afraid to get their hands dirty and dive into the technical side, using platforms like Clay, Lemlist, BetterContact, and Salesforce.

Responsibilities:

  • Cadence Support: Assist in setting up outbound cadences, checking variables, segmentation rules, and email rendering. Monitor bounce and deliverability issues.

  • Technical & Operational Support: Maintain Sales tools, manage access and configuration of tools (Salesforce, Lemlist, Notion, etc.), create tutorials and guides for the team.

  • Data & Sourcing: Help collect and clean data, create segments, and assist with lead enrichment.

  • Onboarding & Offboarding: Execute onboarding and offboarding checklists for Sales tools and manage access to various platforms used by the team.

  • Documentation & Strategy: Create procedure documents and technical guides to facilitate tool usage and campaign management.

About you:

  • You are looking for a 6-month internship starting in April 2026.

  • You have a strong interest in digital marketing and B2B sales, with a keen desire to learn and contribute to process improvement.

  • You are detail-oriented, organized, and possess a good sense of structure.

  • Be prepared for hands-on tasks that will require attention to detail and persistence to ensure long-term success.

  • Solid Excel skills are a must, with the ability to work through large datasets, diving into detailed work to uncover insights.

  • You have solid Google Sheet skills and the ability to work through large datasets for campaign execution and analysis.

  • You’re comfortable working with tools like Salesforce, Lemlist, Clay, and BetterContact, and enjoy exploring the technical side of these platforms.

  • You are capable of working independently and thrive in fast-paced environments.
