Founded in 2013 by Luc Pallavidino and Antoine Louiset in Normandy, Yousign started as a mission to democratize the use of the electronic signature and document automation in order to make it simple and accessible to everyone. Product and vision

Yousign has been the go-to solution for electronic signatures in Europe. In 2026, we're evolving into Youtrust, a comprehensive digital trust platform designed for the realities of modern business.

Digitalization creates opportunities but also exposes companies to new risks: document forgery, identity theft, AI-enabled fraud. Meanwhile, European regulations are becoming more demanding. We're building the infrastructure that lets businesses grow safely and stay compliant without the complexity.

Our 3 product pillars:

* Sign : 3 levels of electronic signatures (simple, advanced, qualified), legally binding and compliant with European standards.

* Seal (eSeal) : An electronic seal ensuring the integrity and authenticity of documents on behalf of the organization.

* Verify : Identity verification (KYC, KYB, PVID), as well as document verification and bank account checks (IBAN) to combat fraud and enhance compliance.

About the role

At the crossing point between Marketing and Sales, you will be in charge of qualifying inbound leads generated by our Growth team and B2B marketing efforts in the Italian market.

What you will do

Your responsibilities:

As the true spokesperson for the company, you will be the first point of contact with whom our future clients will engage. It will be your responsibility to understand their needs, introduce them to our solutions, convince them of our value in the competitive electronic signature sector, and ultimately provide our Account Executive team with all the necessary information to close the deal.

This role is meant to be your entry point into a Tech SaaS Revenue organization: it will be an opportunity to kick off your career, learn from the best and build your expertise on our product, market and customers.


Your Missions

  • Take care of the new leads generated by our marketing team: reach out to them, qualify them, and convert them into opportunities for the Sales team.

  • Become a true expert in our solution to be able to discuss the most suitable Yousign solution.

  • Be an owner of your book of business: keep track of all the inbound requests and ensure the appropriate follow-up at the right time.

  • Rigorously follow our lead processing processes and information in the CRM (Salesforce)

About you

  • You already have a first sales or customer-facing experience (internship included).

  • You are interested in technical products and software, and want to explain them to both technical and non-technical customers;

  • Native Italian level, Fluent level in English are mandatory;

  • Your oral and written communication skills are excellent;

  • You can adjust to any situation, tailor your speech, bounce back, interact, and persuade without faltering in the face of objections.

  • You are rigorous, resilient and you are always ready to re-evaluate yourself in a dynamic and ever-evolving environment.

  • Knowledge of a CRM tool like Salesforce is a plus.

Salary range for this position : 32k-36k + BSPCE
