Founded in 2013 by Luc Pallavidino and Antoine Louiset in Normandy, Yousign started as a mission to democratize the use of the electronic signature and document automation in order to make it simple and accessible to everyone. Product and vision

Yousign has been the go-to solution for electronic signatures in Europe. In 2026, we're evolving into Youtrust, a comprehensive digital trust platform designed for the realities of modern business.

Digitalization creates opportunities but also exposes companies to new risks: document forgery, identity theft, AI-enabled fraud. Meanwhile, European regulations are becoming more demanding. We're building the infrastructure that lets businesses grow safely and stay compliant without the complexity.

Our 3 product pillars:

* Sign : 3 levels of electronic signatures (simple, advanced, qualified), legally binding and compliant with European standards.

* Seal (eSeal) : An electronic seal ensuring the integrity and authenticity of documents on behalf of the organization.

* Verify : Identity verification (KYC, KYB, PVID), as well as document verification and bank account checks (IBAN) to combat fraud and enhance compliance.

Position Overview

At the crossing point between Marketing and Sales, you will be responsible for qualifying inbound leads generated by our Growth team and B2B marketing efforts in the DACH region.

Your responsibilities
You will be the first point of contact for our future German-speaking clients. You’ll aim to understand their needs, introduce our solutions, demonstrate our value in the competitive digital trust and e-signature space, and ultimately deliver to our Account Executive team the essential information needed to close deals.

This role is your entry into a Tech SaaS revenue organisation: you’ll have the chance to launch your career, learn from high-performers and build expertise in our product, market and customers.

Your mission

  • Handle new leads coming in from marketing: reach out, qualify them, and convert them into opportunities for the Sales team.

  • Become a true expert in our solution suite to present the most suitable offering for German-speaking prospects.

  • Own your inbound book of business: track all inbound requests and ensure timely, appropriate follow-up.

  • Follow our lead-processing workflows and record all relevant information in our CRM (Salesforce).

Your profile

  • You already have some sales or customer-facing experience (even internship counts).

  • You have an interest in tech and SaaS.

  • Native German level and fluent in English is mandatory.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • You can adapt your speech to different situations, respond well to objections, engage and persuade without faltering.

  • You are rigorous, resilient, and always ready to self-improve in a fast-moving, evolving environment.

  • Experience with a CRM tool (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus.

  • Equipment set-up: Macbook and accessories.

  • Health Insurance: Still work i progress but the expected cost is around €52/month for basic coverage, with 50% covered by Youtrust, including dental coverage.
