History

Founded in 2013 by Luc Pallavidino and Antoine Louiset in Normandy, Yousign started as a mission to democratize the use of the electronic signature and document automation in order to make it simple and accessible to everyone. Over the past decade, we've grown to become the leading European alternative in e-signature, supporting over 30,000 companies across France, Italy, and Germany.

In 2019, we joined eFounders, one of Europe's top SaaS startup studios. In 2021, we raised €30M from eFounders (now Hexa) and Lead Edge Capital (a fund known for backing BlaBlaCar, Asana, Zoom, Spotify, and Uber).

In 2020, Alban Sayag joined and soon became CEO of the company, ensuring continuity and long-term thinking as we scale. Both founders remain involved in shaping the company's vision through Board presence.

Product and vision

Yousign has been the go-to solution for electronic signatures in Europe. In 2026, we're evolving into Youtrust, a comprehensive digital trust platform designed for the realities of modern business.

Digitalization creates opportunities but also exposes companies to new risks: document forgery, identity theft, AI-enabled fraud. Meanwhile, European regulations are becoming more demanding. We're building the infrastructure that lets businesses grow safely and stay compliant without the complexity.

Our 3 product pillars:

* Sign : 3 levels of electronic signatures (simple, advanced, qualified), legally binding and compliant with European standards.

* Seal (eSeal) : An electronic seal ensuring the integrity and authenticity of documents on behalf of the organization.

* Verify : Identity verification (KYC, KYB, PVID), as well as document verification and bank account checks (IBAN) to combat fraud and enhance compliance.

About Yousign

Yousign (soon to be Youtrust) is a European Digital Trust provider, fully compliant with eIDAS and the highest European standards. About the role

As Sales Enablement Manager at Yousign, your mission is to increase revenue productivity by equipping Sales teams with the right content, training, processes, and tools to win consistently across SMB and Mid-Market.

You will build a scalable enablement engine covering onboarding and continuous learning. Cross-functional alignment will be key to drive the performance of the sales organization.

What you will do

Design & deliver onboarding programs

  • Build structured onboarding journeys that get new hires productive fast.

  • Ensure each program is easy to follow, practical, and scalable.

Create and manage sales content

  • Develop playbooks, battlecards, messaging frameworks, and other tools to help Sales win.

  • Keep content relevant, accessible, and adopted by the team.

Drive continuous learning & enablement initiatives

  • Identify gaps in skills, knowledge, and processes.

  • Launch programs that elevate performance for both SMB and Mid-Market teams.

Collaborate across teams

  • Work closely with Product Marketing, Sales Leaders, and Operations to ensure alignment.

  • Collect feedback, measure impact, and optimize initiatives continuously.

About you

  • You are hands-on and strategic in Sales Enablement, with a strong understanding of B2B SaaS GTM.

  • You can create high-impact content (playbooks, battlecards, messaging frameworks) and also design onboarding journeys and training sessions.

  • You bring rigor to program management - initiatives are well-structured, adopted, and continuously improved.

  • You are comfortable collaborating across functions, connecting Sales, Marketing, and Product to drive results.

  • You thrive in a fast-moving, scale-up environment where you can take ownership and make a real impact.

  • Fluency in French and English is mandatory; another European language is a plus.
