Descriptif du poste

Your Team

As an SDR Manager, you will own and grow the inbound-sourced pipeline across all markets. You’ll lead a high-performing team of 5 multilingual SDRs who qualify a substantial volume of Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) and route high-potential opportunities to Sales. Your role is key in ensuring our lead-to-pipeline engine runs smoothly and efficiently.

Yousign values autonomy, ambition, cross-team collaboration and continuous learning. You will be able to expand the role to reach a variety of topics ranging from Inbound marketing, Product-led growth, and beyond, acquiring strong cross-team visibility.

Your Missions

- Team Management: Lead and develop a team of 5 SDRs covering 5 languages. Drive team performance, engagement, and growth.

- Inbound Pipeline Ownership: Own the inbound MQL pipeline and ensure timely, high-quality lead qualification and routing to Sales.

- Sales Coaching & Messaging: Regularly listen to SDR calls, provide hands-on coaching, and continuously improve qualification skills. Own and iterate on inbound outreach sequences and messaging.

- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Inbound Marketing, Sales Operations, and Enablement to align goals, share feedback, and improve processes.

- Forecasting & Performance Monitoring: Track weekly, monthly, and quarterly KPIs. Provide accurate pipeline forecasting and data-driven insights.

- Project Leadership: Lead cross-functional initiatives to increase inbound conversion rates and pipeline efficiency.


      Who are you ?

      Feel like applying ? Here are the main skills that will help you thrive as Yousigns’ next SDR Manager (F/M/X) :

      • Proven experience managing a pipeline- or revenue-focused team, in a multicultural SaaS environment;
      • First experience managing a Sales development or Business development team;
      • Strong sales coaching skills with a track record of improving junior Sales performance;
      • Confident with Salesforce for lead management, reporting, and analysis;
      • Comfortable making data-driven decisions and prioritizing based on impact;
      • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with a collaborative mindset;
      • Fluent in English (French or another European language is a plus);
      • Available to work from our Paris office at least 4 days a week.
