Founded in 2013 by Luc Pallavidino and Antoine Louiset in Normandy, Yousign started as a mission to democratize the use of the electronic signature and document automation in order to make it simple and accessible to everyone. Product and vision

Yousign has been the go-to solution for electronic signatures in Europe. In 2026, we're evolving into Youtrust, a comprehensive digital trust platform designed for the realities of modern business.

Digitalization creates opportunities but also exposes companies to new risks: document forgery, identity theft, AI-enabled fraud. Meanwhile, European regulations are becoming more demanding. We're building the infrastructure that lets businesses grow safely and stay compliant without the complexity.

Our 3 product pillars:

* Sign : 3 levels of electronic signatures (simple, advanced, qualified), legally binding and compliant with European standards.

* Seal (eSeal) : An electronic seal ensuring the integrity and authenticity of documents on behalf of the organization.

* Verify : Identity verification (KYC, KYB, PVID), as well as document verification and bank account checks (IBAN) to combat fraud and enhance compliance.

Job Description

Position Overview

As part of our International Sales Team, you’ll be at the forefront of our expansion in Europe, promoting and selling our eSignature and ID and Document verification solutions to targeted businesses. You will manage the full sales cycle – from identifying strategic opportunities to closing deals – while fostering long-term relationships with key stakeholders across various industries,

This is a full-cycle sales role focused on B2B customers, both direct and through partners.

Your responsibilities:
  • Manage your portfolio of existing clients

  • Build trust and establish excellent relationships with them

  • Identify opportunities for growth (upsell, cross-sell, expansion)

  • Negotiate and close expansion deals

  • Grow aggressively the total MRR of your portfolio

  • Work closely with our Customer Success team on identifying opportunities and maximizing your clients’ satisfaction



Your Profile:

You are above all a "consultant", you express yourself with clarity and conviction in order to highlight the value of our solution. You know how to associate this quality with a great sense of listening to guide your interlocutor. You are also a fierce negotiator, able to offer the best possible solution to our customer’s needs.

About You:

We’re looking for someone who is both a strategic thinker and a hands-on leader:

  • Proved and consolidated 5+ years experience in B2B SaaS account development, with a proven track record managing an existing portfolio and driving revenue expansion.

  • You’ve sold to mid-sized organizations, where navigating multiple stakeholders and longer deal cycles is second nature;

  • Experience working with technical SaaS products, especially API-based solutions.

  • Strong business acumen with a consultative approach to sales.

  • You are both a skilled communicator and negotiator, able to articulate value and secure deals.

  • Native level in German and English is mandatory; another European language is a plus.

  • You have a builder mindset and are comfortable with evolutive processes.

  • You are optimistic, empathetic, and a collaborative team player.

Salary range for this position : 75k-110k
